摘    要:本文比较系统地讨论了空气中多环芳烃(PAHs)的研究现状。重点介绍了空气颗粒物及气相中多环芳烃的采样分析新办法,城市大气及居民室内外空气中多环芳烃的污染状况及其来源,简单介绍了人体接触多环芳烃的水平,指标及空气中多环芳烃的健康风险评价的研究概况。共引文献129篇。

Abstract:Advances in research on polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs)in air are reviewed with 129 references.New methods for sampling,extracting and determining PAHs in particulates and vapour phase in air are discribed in deteil.The most common samling methods are active sampling using by a high volume or low volume sampler in which particulate PAHs are collected on a filter and volatile PAHs are collected on polymer beads such as XAD 2 and Tenax GC and/or PUF(poly urethane foam),Positive sampling is more often used for vapour phase PAHs in occupational environments.The samples are traditionally desorbed using Soxhlet apparatus,ultrasonication and various organic solvents,but supercritical fluid extraction is getting more attention.The analysis of PAHs is usually carried out by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) equipped with fluorescence detectors or gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS)with electron and negative chemical ionization methods.PAHs in indoor and outdoor or urban air as well as their sources are discussed.The biological indicators of human exposures to PAHs and risk assessment of PAHs in air are also discussed.
