| Abstract: | This paper gives an overview of the characteristics,advantages, disadvantages, development status and application area of biofilters, bioscrubbers and biotrickling filters using for elimination of volatile organic compounds and odours. In addition, the selection of biological techniques by Henry's law constant, packing materials and microorganisms in the bioreactors are also discussed. |
