| Abstract: | Phytoremediation is widely viewed as the ecologically responsible alternative to the environmentally destructive physical remediation methods currently practiced. This paper introduced the significant progress of the phytoremediation of soil and water polluted with organic pollutants, such as PAHs, pesticides, herbicides, polynitroaromatic compounds and petroleum products. |
