新型管式微孔曝气器性能研究

摘    要:以废旧橡胶为主要原料研制的微孔曝气器,传质效率高,曝气充氧性能优良,搅拌能力强;沿管长方向具有很好的均匀布气性,输气曝气合二为一;制造工艺简单,价格低廉,安装方便;拓展了废旧橡胶的综合利用途径,以废治废,减少了废旧橡胶对环境的污染。

Abstract:The microporous aerator which is made of refuse rubber is efficient in mass transfer, excellent in aerating and powerful in mixing. The gas was distributed uniformly along the tube, which made gas transportation and aeration together. The manufacturing technic of the aerator is simple,with low in price and easy in installation. The application of the aerator will develop the utility of refuse rubber, treat waste with waste, and reduce the pollution from rubber garbage.
