新生MnO2对水中酸性媒介深黄GG的吸附脱色作用

摘    要:以化学法合成的新生MnO2作吸附,对水中酸性媒介深黄GG进行吸附脱色研究,探讨了影响吸附的因素,结果表明,该吸附剂在PH1.5以下,投加量为0.3mg/L,温度为15℃条件下,饱和吸附量达1320mg/g,脱色率达96%以上,具有很高的吸附脱色能力。PH值是能力吸附能力的关键因素,温度,染料浓度和MnO2投加量影响程度较小。

Abstract:The decolourization efficiency of an aqueous solution of acidic mordant yellow GG using fresh MnO\-2 synthesized by chemical process as an adsorbent was studied. Influencing factors of adsorption were investigated in detail. The experimental results showed that the adsorptive ability of the fresh MnO\-2 was very strong. The saturated adsorptive capacity was up to 1320 mg/g and the efficiency of decolourization reached over 96% on the condition that the amount of the fresh MnO\-2 added was 0.3 mg/L, the temperature was 285 K and the pH value was bellow 1 5. The key effect on decolourization was pH value of initial solution, whereas the effect of temperature, the concentration of the dye solution and the amount of the fresh MnO\-2 were not efficient.
