Abstract:The characteristics and kinetics of Cu2+ adsorption by a novel bio-sorbent Dyella ginsengisoli LA-4(named strain LA-4 for short) was investigated in this paper.The optimal conditions for Cu2+ adsorption were designed by response surface methodology(RSM).Results showed that inoculating quantity of strain LA-4 and pH were the key factors that affecting Cu2+ adsorption;The optimal adsorption conditions predicted by RSM were 2.10 g/L for strain LA-4,pH 5.00,initial Cu2+ concentration of 65.00 mg/L,under these c...
