铜铬氧化物废催化剂中铜铬的回收

摘    要:以糠醛加氢制糠醇用的废铜铬氧化物催化剂为原料,通过焙烧、酸化、过滤、重结晶制取硫酸铜,再将所得沉淀加纯碱,焙烧,浸取,制取铬矾。该方法工艺简单、成本低且可同时回收铜铬两种离子.铜离子回收率92%,铬离子回收率达60%以上。

Abstract:Cupric sulphate was prepared by furnacing, acidation, filtration and recrytallization from the waste catalyst for producing furfuryl alcohol by furfuraldehyde hydrogenization. Chromicalum was prepared by adding soda ash, furnacing and leaching from remnant settle on above step. The method is simple in techinics, low in cost and high in recovery. Recovery of cupric ion is more than 90% and that of chromic ion is more than 60%. Furthermore, cupric and chromic ions are recovered simultaneously.
