摘    要:对某化工开发区混合化工废水进行预处理试验研究,分别对铁还原后加中和混凝沉淀以及直接中和混凝沉淀两种预处理方法进行了试验,重点讨论了铁还原工艺的各种影响因素。研究了曝气与不曝气,加炭与不加炭以及不同CODCr、不同pH值对铁还原处理效果的影响,并考察了铁的消耗与废水中铁离子的作用及变化情况。

Abstract:The pretreatment of mixed chemical industrial wastewater in a development zone was carried out. Two methods\|iron deoxidization plus neutralization flocculation precipitation and directly neutralization flocculation precipitation were used respectively. Several effect variants of iron deoxidization such as oxygen?granule carbon?COD\-\{Cr\} and pH value were discussed. Iron consumption, the function and change of ferrous ion in wastewater were also studied.
