摘    要:中国挥发性有机物(VOCs)的污染日趋严重,许多重点排污行业VOCs排放浓度高,检测难度大。现有相关标准不适合质量浓度大于10mg/m3的高浓度VOCs的检测,采用气袋法采样,固相吸附—热脱附/气相色谱—质谱法,用两种不同样品制备方式,对某化工企业废气净化设施进口的高浓度VOCs进行了检测,用标准气体对检测方法进行了验证。结果表明,采用气袋法采样,选择合适体积的气密针直接配置样品操作简便,可行性强,重复性好,极大降低了湿度对样品配置的影响,可用于固定源废气中高浓度VOCs的测定。

Abstract:Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) pollution is becoming more and more serious in China. It is difficult to detect VOCs in stationary source emission because of the high concentration. The current standards are not applicable for the detection of VOCs which concentration exceed10 mg/m3. In this study,unpurified,exhaust samples were collected from a chemical industry using bags,sorbent adsorption and thermal desorption gas chromatography mass spectrometry was used to determine VOCs in exhaust samples which prepared in two different methods. The determination methods had been verified by standard gas and the results showed that sample preparation method by using air bag and airtight needle was more effective,and had high feasibility and good repeatability. This method could greatly reduce the effect of humidity on determination and could be used to detect high concentration VOCs in stationary source emission.
