内蒙古规模化奶牛养殖场粪污废水处理模式运行分析

摘    要:以内蒙古地区两种典型的粪污处理工艺为研究对象,通过实地调研和监测,对比了两种粪污处理工艺的处理效果,并分析两者在运行过程中存在的问题。结果表明,资源型粪污处理工艺(氧化塘+好氧堆肥资源利用)对COD、BOD、氨氮、硝态氮、悬浮物、全盐量的去除率分别为53.80%、57.00%、36.43%、42.10%、87.26%、41.68%。能源型粪污处理工艺(推流式厌氧发酵产沼气)对COD、BOD、氨氮、硝态氮、悬浮物、全盐量的去除率分别为41.14%、55.12%、-92.60%、24.83%、43.40%、27.99%。两种处理工艺出水污染物浓度仍然很高,不能满足直接排放和再利用的相关标准。由此,对两种粪污处理工艺的运行和出水利用方式提出改进的建议和策略,为内蒙古地区规模化奶牛养殖场粪污利用提供理论支持。

Abstract:Taking two typical modes of fecal waste treatment processes in Inner Mongolia as the research object,the treatment effects of two modes were compared through field investigation and monitoring,and the existing problems in their operation were analyzed.The results showed that the removal efficiency of COD,BOD,ammonia nitrogen,nitrate nitrogen,suspended solids and total salt content in fecal waste treatment process of resource type(oxidation pond+aerobic composting resource utilization)were 53.80%,57.00%,36.43%,42.10%,87.26%and 41.68%,respectively.The removal efficiency of COD,BOD,ammonia nitrogen,nitrate nitrogen,suspended solids and total salt content in fecal waste treatment process of energy type(biogas production by push flow anaerobic fermentation)were 41.14%,55.12%,-92.60%,24.83%,43.40%and 27.99%,respectively.The effluent pollutants of the two treatment processes were still high,which could not meet the relevant standards of direct discharge and reuse.Therefore,the suggestions and strategies for improving the operation and effluent utilization of the two modes fecal waste treatment processes were put forward to provide theoretical support for the utilization of fecal waste in large-scale dairy farms in Inner Mongolia.
