金属离子对厌氧氨氧化污泥脱氮效能影响

摘    要:通过接种厌氧氨氧化污泥研究不同浓度Fe3+、Cu2+和Zn2+对厌氧氨氧化污泥的脱氮效能影响,以及在其最适金属离子浓度下对厌氧氨氧化污泥的长期影响。实验结果表明,进水Fe3+、Cu2+和Zn2+质量浓度分别为0~10、0~2、0~4mg/L对厌氧氨氧化污泥活性有促进作用;当进水Fe3+质量浓度为10~40mg/L时,厌氧氨氧化污泥活性未受到较大影响,而进水Cu2+和Zn2+质量浓度分别为1~30、4~30mg/L时,随着金属离子浓度升高,脱氮效能逐渐下降,浓度越高,对厌氧氨氧化污泥活性的抑制效果越明显。分别在最适Fe3+、Cu2+和Zn2+质量浓度为6、1、4mg/L的条件下,对厌氧氨氧化污泥进行2个月的长期影响实验发现,加入Fe3+对厌氧氨氧化污泥活性一直有良好的促进效果,而加入Cu2+和Zn2+分别在第19天和第21天开始出现明显的活性下降现象,并且在停止投加金属离子后,短期内活性也未能恢复,混合组未发现明显的抑制或促进现象。

Abstract:The effects of Fe^3+,Cu^2+ and Zn^2+ ions concentration on nitrogen removal efficiency were studied by inoculating anammox sludge,as well as the long-term effect on anammox sludge under the optimum metal ion concentration.Experimental results showed that when the mass concentration of Fe^3+,Cu^2+ and Zn^2+ were 0-10,0-2 and 0-4 mg/L ,the activity of anammox sludge was promoted.When the influent mass concentration of Fe^3+ was 10-40 mg/L ,the activity of anammox sludge had not been greatly affected.But when the influent mass concentration of Cu^2+ and Zn^2+ were 1-30 mg/L and 4-30 mg/L ,respectively,the nitrogen removal efficiency decreased gradually with the increase of the concentration of ions.The higher influent concentration became,the stronger inhibition effect became.Under the conditions of optimum Fe^3+,Cu^2+ and Zn^2+ concentrations of 6,1,4 mg/L ,a two months’ experiment on anammox sludge were conducted,the results showed that the addition of Fe^3+ had a good effect on the activity of anammox sludge.The addition of Cu^2+ and Zn^2+ showed significant activity decline on the 19th and 21st day,respectively,after stopping the addition of metal ions,the activity could not be recovered in a short period of time,and no significant inhibition or promotion was observed in the mixed group.
