畜禽沼液中抗生素和激素的微波处理

摘    要:通过间歇处理和连续处理实验,探讨微波技术对沼液中四环素类抗生素和激素喹乙醇去除的效果。结果表明,沼液在微波间歇处理中,最优反应时间为40min。此条件下沼液中喹乙醇、土霉素、四环素和金霉素的去除率分别达到26%、49%、48%和70%;微波可显著提高可生化性,BOD5/COD值达到0.37。微波一好氧处理系统中COD与氨氮的去除率分别达到91%和93%,明显优于单独好氧处理。沼液微波连续处理中,最优HRT为90min,此时喹乙醇、土霉素、四环素和金霉素的去除率分别达到24%、45%、50%和74%;BOD5/COD值达到0.34。微波.好氧处理系统中COD与氨氮的去除率均为90%,优于单独好氧处理效果。

Abstract:The removal efficiencies of tetracycline antibiotics and hormone olaquindox in biogas slurry by microwave technology were investigated through batch and continuous treatment experiments. The results showed that the optimal time of operation was 40min in microwave batch treatment. Under this condition, the removal rates of olaquindox, oxytetracycline , tetracycline and chlorotetracycline were 26% ,49% ,48% and 70% , re- spectively. After microwave batch treatment, BOD5/COD of biogas slurry increased to 0.37, indicating that the biodegradability of biogas slurry was improved. The removal rates of COD and ammonia nitrogen by the batch mi- crowave-aerobic treatment system were 91% and 93% , respectively, which was obviously better than the aerobic treatment alone. For the continuous treatment of biogas slurry with microwave, the optimal hydraulic retention time was 90 min, and the removal rates of olaquindox, oxytetraeycline, tetracycline and chlorotetracycline were 24% ,45% ,50% and 74% , respectively. BOD5/COD was increased to 0.34. The removal rates of COD and ammonia nitrogen were about 90% in the continuous microwave-aerobic treatment system.
