准好氧矿化垃圾反应床+超声/芬顿联用技术处理垃圾渗滤液

摘    要:针对垃圾渗滤液污染物浓度高、可生化性差等特点,采用准好氧矿化垃圾反应床+超声/芬顿联用技术对垃圾渗滤液进行预处理。准好氧矿化垃圾床处理后渗滤液中COD、氨氮、总磷、色度的去除率分别为80%、85%、92%和85%。通过单因素实验和正交实验,确定了超声/Fenton法最佳工艺条件。经该组合工艺后,渗滤液中COD、氨氮、总磷和色度的最高去除率分别可达96%、86%、94%和95%,且出水无臭,颜色为淡黄色,BOD5/COD从0.16增至0.35左右,可生化性基本满足后续生物处理需要,且COD、总磷这2个指标达到《生活垃圾填埋场污染控制标准》(GB16889—2008)规定的排放标准。

Abstract:According to landfill leachate' s characteristics of high concentration of pollutants, poor bio- chemical degradability, etc, semi-aerobic aged refuse bioreaetor and ultrasound/Fenton process were applied to treat landfill leachate. The removal rates of chemical oxygen demand(COD) , ammonia nitrogen(NH3-N) , total phosphorus(TP) and eolorimetry treated by semi-aerobic aged refuse bioreactor were 80% , 85% , 92% , 85% , respectively. The optimal technical conditions of uhrasound/Fenton process were discovered by single factor and orthogonal experiments. Satisfying treatment effect of the total removal rate of landfill leachate by combined semi- aerobic aged refuse bioreaetor and uhrasound/Fenton process could be achieved. The highest removal rates of COD, NH3-N, TP and eolorimetry were 96% , 86% , 94% and 95% , respectively. The final effluent was ino- dorous with color of pale yellow. Its BOD5/CODincreased from 0. 16 to 0.35, which met follow-up biological treatment. The effluent of COD, TP could meet the Standard for Pollution Control on the Landfill Site of Munici- pal Solid Waste (GB 16889-2008).
