污水厂污泥堆肥及制作化肥技术研究与应用

摘    要:利用污水处理厂脱水后的污泥,经粉煤灰水分调节后进人动态堆肥装置,好氧发酵成为性状良好的腐殖颗粒,然后经过一定工艺制成一种有机-无机复合化肥,其N、P、K含量达到25%,有机质含量大于30%,含水量小于10%,pH值6~8。将化肥用在农田的水稻种植,水稻的亩产量增产11.4%,各项指标均符合国家标准。

Abstract:After pulverized coal ash moisture content adjustment, the dehydrated sludge of sewage plant enters into the dynamic compost installment. The sludge transform good spoiled breeds pellet after oxygen fermentation. Then passes through the certain craft to make one kind of organic-inorganic compound chemical fertilizer, its N, P, K content achieves 25% , the organic content is more than 30% , the water content is less than 10% , the pH value 6 - 8. When the compound fertilizer was applied to rice planting, the rice production yield increased 11.4% per mu. Every index of the compound fertilizer accords to the national standard .
