净化PH3和H2S气体改性活性炭的制备与表征

摘    要:以工业4号活性炭为载体、制备了金属阳离子改性活性炭,考察了改性活性炭的制备工艺条件对黄磷尾气中PH3和H2S的净化效果的影响;对空白炭、改性炭和吸附饱和活性炭做BET、XPS、TG/DTA分析.结果表明,250℃条件下制备的改性活性炭具有最佳的净化效果;孔径为1×10-9~8×10-9m有利于改性活性炭对磷、硫的吸附;改性过程中引入的二价铜离子可以净化PH3和H2S并将其转化为磷酸和硫.
