摘    要:合成了具有模拟乙酰胆碱酯酶反应的高分子试剂——8-羟基喹啉-2-甲醛肟甲基碘化物式中代表聚苯乙烯/二乙烯苯(2%交联)树脂(60—80目)。 测定了它对有机磷农药、1605废水的解毒作用。以浓度为250mg/l的1605废水,通过装有该高分子试剂的柱,可以水解90%,滤出液中1605的含量可降低到20mg/l。经过60次试验,证明高分子试剂活性几乎无变化。失效树脂经碱液处理可以再生。

Abstract:A polymer bound 8-hydroxyquinoline-2-aldoxime methyl iodide was synthesized. This polymer agent was put under investigation for its detoxification effect towards organophosphorus pesticides in wastewater via biomimetic reaction, which acts the similar way as the biochemical reaction of acetylchol-inesterase.(P) = beads of copolystyrene-2% divinyl benzene (60 - 80 mesh).Hydrolysis of Parathion has been examined in a column packed with the polymer agent and at a influent substrate concentration of 250mg/l. It was able to hydrolyze 90% of the original Parathion, thus reducing Parathion concentration in effluent down to below 20mg/l.There was found almost no loss in polymer agent activity even after 60 experiments. The agent can also be regenerated by treating the inactive resin with an alkali solution.
