土壤联合调查中铜、锌、铅、镉和镍测定的精密度和准确度及分析质量控制

摘    要:为了提高农业土壤、作物背景调查分析的质量,农业部环境监测研究所分别组织了土壤参考样品的比较测试。本工作是1980—1981年间对23个背景值调查参加单位的铜、锌、铅、镉和镍测定的准确度和精密度作了观察,估计了参考土壤的含量。结果表明准确度问题更应引起注意。建议在土壤背景值调查中试用分析质量控制。

Abstract:In order to improve the analytical quality of the background values in soils and crops, an intercomparison test among 23 laboratories has been organized. Precision and accuracy from results of this test showed that it pays for the effort in laboratories in the determination of Cu, Zn, Cd, Pb and Ni in soils. Content of the above elements in six soil samples was determined. It is suggested that analytical quality control technique should be used in soil background survey.
