摘    要:阐述了ABR反应器的启动过程和颗粒污泥培养技术特征 .试验得出低负荷是ABR反应器成功启动的关键 .水流特性、适宜菌群、水力负荷、适宜碱度等是颗粒污泥形成的重要条件 .有机负荷为 0 85kg(COD) (m3 ·d)到 1 5 0kg(COD) (m3 ·d) ,水力负荷是 0 198m2 / (m3 ·h) ,出水碱度控制在CaCO3 5 0 0mg L以上 ,运行 6 0d左右能实现稳定的启动 ,并培养出颗粒污泥 .ABR各隔室条件不同 ,形成污泥形状不同 ,但不同颗粒污泥基本都有丝状菌、杆菌为核心菌连接成网络 ,吸附基质及其它惰性物质组成 ,颗粒污泥内丰富的空穴为物质迁移和微生物降解提供了条件

Abstract:The paper reports the start-up of ABR and the feature of granular sludge forming. The results reveal that low organic loading rate is the key to start-up of reactor. The significant factor was the suitable anaerobic micro-organisms, hydraulic loading rate and buffer. ABR was successfully started-up and formed granular sludge in 60 d operation at an organic loading rate of 0.85-1.50 kg(COD)/(m3·d),hydraulic loading rate of 0.198 m2/(m3·h),the buffer of effluent of 500 mg CaCO3/L.Because the condition of each compartment was various, the feature of sludge was different.But the different granular sludge is composed of the filiform bacterium, which adsorbed inertia matter, and there were plentiful holes in granular sludge, which supply the condition for the removing and degrading of matter.
