多环芳烃致癌性能的理论预筛选

摘    要:根据作者之一所提出的双区理论和定量公式,对全部六苯环稠合多环芳烃(PAH)的致癌性能,系统地进行了理论评价.对36个缺乏实验数据或数据值得探讨的PAH,根据结构作出了理论预测,提出其中的9个化合物可能是潜在的致癌剂.

Abstract:In terms of the Di-region theory and its quantitative equation suggested by one of the authors, a systematic theoretical evaluation of the carcinogenic activities for all polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) with six benzene rings, has been made in our laboratory. Based upon the molecular structure of PAHs, a predictive screening is obtained for 36 PAHs, which have not so far been tested with animals or the experimental data of carcinogenic activities of which are in doubt. 9 compounds of the 36 PAHs are considered as possible potential carcinogens by calculation.
