人工湿地植物根区土壤酶活性与污水净化效果及其相关分析

摘    要:通过对人工湿地植物根区磷酸酶和脲酶活性的测定发现,其脲酶的活性与总氮的去除率有较明显的相关关系,而其磷酸酶的活性与总磷(TP)的去除率相关性不显著,同时其磷酸酶和脲酶的活性与BOD5及COD的去除率都不呈显著相关,研究结果为利用酶活性强度作为评价净化效果的指标提供了理论依据。

Abstract:The activities of phosphatase and urease in rhizosphere of wetland plants,together with removal rates of total phosphorus,total nitrogen,BOD\-5 and COD were measured.The results were as follows:the correlation between activity of phosphatase and removal rate of total phosphorus(TP)was not obvious,while there was significant correlation between activety of urease and removal rates of total nitrogen.But activities of phosphatase and urease were not interrelated to removal rate of BOD 5 and COD.It will give reference to future researches on utilizing enzymatic activities to evaluate purifying effects of constructed wetlands.
