内循环三相生物流化床反应器的相含率及氧传递特性研究

摘    要:通过内循环三相生物流化床反应器(ITFB)的清水试验,对其相含率及氧的传递特性进行了研究,结果表明,ITFB与传统三相生物流化床相比具有不同的氧传递条件,当供气量较小时,内筒传质烽KLal大于外的传质系数KLa2,而当供气量较大时,则KLa2〉KLa1,在本试验条件下,当载体投加量大于1.6kg时,KLa随Cs的增加而增加。

Abstract:Study on the gas holdup and oxygen transfer in a internal-circulation three-phase biofluidised bed (ITFB) with tap water was conducted. The results showed that oxygen transfer condition in a ITFB was better than that in a conventional three-phase biofluidised bed.When gas flux was low, the riser oxygen transfer coefficient K_(Lal) was greater than K_(la2) in downcomer, while, K_(La2) was greater than K_(La2) when gas flux was high. K_(La) increase with the increase of carrier concentration when the total amount of carrier was above 1. 6 kg.
