| Abstract: | The study on the colloidal chemical nature of straw pulping lignin shows that lignin is a kind of anion macromolecular coagulant with many active function groups.Microscopic observations demonstrate that lignin flocs are leaf and tile like which can trap and sweep the colloidal particles for sedimentation.It is proved that lignin coagulant is effective for treatment of acidic waste liquors from fermentation,dye stuff and other industries with high removal rate of suspended solids,color and COD. |
