摘    要:研究了糖蜜酒精废水的厌氧酸化过程,在此基础上提出了一个酸化工艺影响废水可生化性的评价指标.该指标将酸化出水中的BOD5和酸化过程中生物降解的BOD5之和与进水COD的比值定义为理论BC.结果显示,利用该评价指标,COD在5111mg·L-1~61332mg·L-1浓度范围的糖蜜酒精废水酸化后可生化性不同程度均提高了,提高幅度为4%~18%;分析了若干其它废水的酸化工艺,表明评价酸化工艺影响废水可生化性时使用理论BC指标较之表观BC更为合理.

Abstract:The acidification process of the alcohol wastewater on molasses was studied.On the basis of that, an evaluation parameter was given out for acidification process affecting on the biodegradability of wastewater.The theoretical B/C, which was calculated in the ratio of the total amount of the biodegraded BOD5 and BOD5 in effluent to the CODin influent, could be used to evaluate the overall effect of acidification on the biodegradability of wastewater.By using this parameter, it was found out that the biodegradability of the alcohol wastewater on molasses from 5 111 mg COD·L-1 to 61 332 mg COD·L-1 were all promoted, and the increasing rates were 4% to 18%.The acidification technology of several other wastewaters was also analyzed.It showed that the theoretical B/C was more reasonable than apparent B/C for evaluating of acidification technology affecting the biodegradability of organic wastewater.
