| Abstract: | The levels of As and F - in river water polluted by the discharge of geothermal wastewater produced by Tibet Yangbajing Geothermal Power Station were investigated. The results show that without treatment, the discharge causes As and F - pollution to Duilong River, the largest tributary of Lhasa Rvier. It may get even worse during the dry season. The pollution can be detected 90 km downstream from the source and the water quality of Lhasa River is effected. |
