中国工业固体废物产生量预测研究

摘    要:采用时间序列分析法对中国固体废物产生量进行预测,结果表明2015年中国县及县以上企业固体废物产生量将达到93267万t,危险废物将达到1399万t。中国主要工业行业固体废物产生量预测表明,采掘业,电力,煤气水的生产供应业,黑色金属冶炼及压延工业,化学原料及化学制品制造业,有色金属冶炼及压延工业,食品,烟草及饮料制造业,非金属矿物制造业,机械,电气,电子设备制造业等8个行业将继续占固体废物产生总量的

Abstract:Basedonthecharacteristicsofenvironmentalstatisticaldataonsolid wastes,the Time Serious Analysisapproachis used to predictthe nationalgeneration ofindustrialsolid wastes.The resultshows thatin2015the generation ofindustrialsolid wastesin enterprises atcountyleveland above willreach 932.67 milliontonsandthegenerationofhazardous wastes willarriveat13.99 milliontons.Intheindus trialsectorsthepredicted wastegeneration,suchas miningandquarrying;productionandsupplyofelectric power,gas,and waster;smelting and processing offerrous metals;raw chemical materials and chemical products;smelting and processing of non ferrous metals;food,beverage and tobacco industry;non metal mineralproducts;and manrfacturingof machinebuilding,electric machine,andelectronicequipment manu facturing willstillkeepabove90% ofthetotalgeneration.Ifthetownshipenterprisegenerationisinclud ed,thetotalnationalgeneration ofsolid wastes and hazardous wastes willreach 2.31 billion tonsand 57 milliontonsin2015respectively.The main generators willbechangedtotownshipenterprisesfrom state own enterprisesgradually.
