农药废水有机物生物降解性能评价及难降解有机物治理对策

摘    要:采用气相色谱质谱联用(GC-MS)方法对某典型农药生产废水的有机物组分进行了测定,然后使用由一级反应动力学模型导出的单项有机物的生物降解速率常数,对各有机物在废水生物处理过程中的降解性能进行了评价,结果表明,该废水中易降解的有机物有25种,可降解的有2种,难降解的2种;主要的难降解有机物是甲拌磷。对甲拌磷的排放进行了调查,并提出了相应的污染源治理方案。

Abstract:In this paper,GC/MS and analysis was used to measure organic components of a typi-cal pesticide wastewater and their biological treatment removals,Then,biodegradability ofeach pollutant in the biological treatment process was assessed by its biodegrading constant,developed by using a first-order reaction kinetic model.The results showed that 25 kinds ofeasily biodegrading,2 kinds of biodegradable and 2 kinds of refractory organic pollutantsexisted in the wastewater,The inajor components of the pesticied wastewater were 4-nitro-phenol,4-phenylazo phenol,parathion,O,O-diethyl-S-pentyl phosphorodithioic acid,phorate,sulfinyl bis methane,and 3-methyl-4-nitrophenol. Most of the pollutants in thewastewater were easily biodegraded, while a major refractory pollutant was phorate. Thedischarge point of phorate was investigated and its controlling measures were suggested.
