摘    要:以长江口潮滩作为研究区域,对表层沉积物中碱性磷酸酶活性、解磷微生物量、磷组分及理化性质的时空分布特征进行了分析.结果表明,长江口潮滩湿地沉积物中碱性磷酸酶活性具有显著的季节性、区域性差异,冬季(1月)碱性磷酸酶活性较低,介于0.65~1.59μg.g-.1h-1之间;夏季(8、9月份)最高,变化范围为1.80~5.64...
