摘    要:为了探讨好氧颗粒污泥在连续流膜生物反应器(MBR)中的形成过程和机制,采用连续流试验的方法,研究了好氧颗粒污泥形成过程中膜反应器内污染物的去除效果和好氧颗粒污泥特性的变化,并对连续流MBR中好氧颗粒污泥的形成机制进行了探讨.结果显示,连续流MBR中好氧颗粒污泥的形成增强了MBR的运行稳定性和抗冲击能力.废水中微生物抑制...

Abstract:Most aerobic granules have been reported to be cultivated successfully in sequencing batch reactor (SBR). However, a granulation process was observed in a continuous-flow membrane bioreactor (MBR) fed with synthetic berberine wastewater. In order to investigate the process and mechanism of aerobic granulation in the continuous-flow MBR, the pollutant removal rate in the reactor and the properties of aerobic granular sludge were analyzed, and the aerobic granulation mechanism in the continuous-flow MBR was discussed. The formation of aerobic granular sludge enhanced the process stability and the shock-resistance of the MBR. Berberine stimulated the secretion of extracellular polymeric substances (EPS) from the microorganisms in the aerobic granules, and the stable selection pressure created by berberine caused the granulation and ensured the stability of the aerobic granular sludge. Berberine is considered to be the driving force for the aerobic granulation. This work hopefully provides a new explanation for aerobic granulation in a continuous-flow reactor.
