微波预处理面包酵母对锶的吸附研究

Abstract:The biosorption of Sr2+ with baker's yeast pretreated by microwave was investigated, including the biosorption characteristics, the biosorption kinetics and the biosorption equilibrium. It was shown that the yeast's biosorption capacity of Sr2+ can be effectively improved by microwave pretreatment. The sorption equilibrium was quickly reached in 10 minutes, and the biosorption kinetics can be well described by the pseudo second-order equation (R2=0.9999). The kinetic parameters qe and k2 were 4.69 mg·g-1 and 0.29 g·mg-1·min-1, respectively. The biosorption equilibrium was in accord with Langmuir models, and the maximum biosorptive capacity was 10.57 mg·g-1. The structure of the yeast remained undestroyed in the processes of microwave pretreatment and biosorption. FTIR analysis indicated that some adsorptive peaks of yeast after biosorption shifted and the intensity changed.
