| 摘 要： | 分析了城市水环境系统的特点，提出了城市水环境与可持续发展的研究方法。以山东临淄为例，建立了该区水环境系统动态预测与决策模型，进而研究城市水环境与社会、经济综合协调发展战略，并通过水环境承载 力分析对各直辖市策略进行评价。

| Abstract: | This paper,taking Linzi District in Shandong Province as an example,presents the re-sults of a study on strategy for sustainable development of urban water environment and e-conomy,and an integrated control plan of urban water environment-economic system.Based on comprehensive analysis of the district,a decision making model was built for thewater environmental-economic system to predict economic development,trend of water de-mand and water pollution. Several strategies of sustainable development for the district'swater environment and economy are presented.Water environmental supporting capacitiesplanning for the district's water environment was made.A suitable approach to sustainabledevelopment of water environment and economy in this district was suggested. |
