摘    要:1999年1月3日大潮期间,利用FACScan流式细胞仪分析技术,检测了长江口北槽拦门沙河段14个站位的水样。结果表明:(1)自然荧光颗粒物含量为0.10%-3.70%,该河段光合生物的个体密度较低。(2)FITC染色颗粒物含量达78%-96%,大部分颗粒物的表面为生物有机质量覆盖,其分布具有一定的不均匀性。(3)FITC染色分析法可用以反映长江河口生物地球化学过程中颗粒物表面生化特性的综合变化。

Abstract:During the spring tide on January 3 1999, the samples collected at 14 stations of the North Passage in the Yangtze River estuary were analyzed using FACScan flow cytometer. The results showed that: (1) The concentrations of natural fluorescent particles varied from 0 10% to 3 70%, showing a low density of phytoplankton and microorganism in the investigated area. (2) The concentrations of the particles dyed by fluorescein isothiocyanate(FITC) were 78% to 96% with a nonuniform distribution. It is suggested that the FITC fluorescence method can be used to determine the change of the surface biochemical characteristics of the suspended particulate matter in the biogeochemical process of the Yangtze River estuary.
