| 摘 要： | 随着改革开放的不断深入和我国加入WTO的日益临近，在环境影响评价过程中实行公众参与势在必行。本文结合山西大宁煤矿项目公众参与的工作实践，就我国目前环境影响评价状况下如何进行公众参与提出了具体的工作思路与方法。
