| Abstract: | Contrast analysis of the new and old guidelines for ecological environmental impact assessment(HJ19-2011 and HJ/T19-1997),primary aspects of content differences in the two guidelines were analyzed.The comparison and analysis for the two guidelines were helpful for the understanding of the differences in the two guidelines and usage of HJ19-2011 guidelines. |
