| 摘 要： | 从2005年起,平煤十矿在充分理解国家政策及低碳经济理论的基础上,提出了＂煤与非煤并重并举＂的发展理念,展开了国有煤炭企业发展低碳经济的探讨与实践,大力发展新能源、低碳技术,打出了加快推动低碳减排、转变增长方式的政策组合拳。
