| Abstract: | This paper studied the connection between the sponge city construction and the river basin comprehensive planning. Through the comparison of the two technical routes, it was considered that the two will further enhance the connection and the coverage of the planning. The Fourth Phase of Comprehensive Environmental Control Project in Suzhou Creek in Shanghai, and the comprehensive management project of Yongding River River Basin in Beijing was studied to further elaborate the viewpoint. |
