废CRT玻璃循环利用现状与研究进展

摘    要:随着技术的发展,CRT逐步被LED等取代。废弃CRT锥管玻璃含有氧化铅,含铅玻璃是一种对环境有害的物质,如何处理这些玻璃,是目前被广泛关注的课题之一。从循环利用的角度出发,分析了锥管玻璃的氧化物含量,将废弃CRT玻璃中的氧化物含量与照明及建材玻璃的组成比较,研究了废阴极射线管及屏锥在玻璃工业中的循环利用。

Abstract:With the rapid development of new technology,CRT is being replaced by LED gradually.Wasted CRT glass contains PbO,which is one of hazardous matters to environment.How to deal with the glass is one of widely studied issues.In this paper,oxide content of waste kinescope was analyzed,and it was compared oxide content of waste kinescope with oxide content of illuminating glassware and building glass.Recycle and reuse of waste kinescope in industry glass are studied as well.
