| 摘 要： | 针对厨房外排油雾气的实际情况，在调研国内外现有油雾净化设备的基础上，通过对过滤材料的实验研究，研制出新型的油雾滴过滤方法并开发出相应的设备。方法的关键在于滤料的布置方式。新的滤料布置方式在０３ｍ／ｓ的滤速时，效率高，保护作用时间长，阻力仅５００Ｐａ左右。实际运行的结果表明：该实用厨房油雾净化设备具有去油雾效果好、性能稳定、体积小、维护操作方便且无二次污染等特点。

| Abstract: | Based on the investigation of the existing oil mist eliminator,a new oil mist filtration method is established in according with the characteristic of practical cooking room exhausting gas and a new type of oil mist eliminator is developed.The key of the method is the packing of filtration media.When the superficial velocity is 0.3m/s,the pressure drop is only about 500Pa while the removal efficiency is high and the protection time is very long.The field operation experience show that the equipment has the advantages of high oil mist removal efficiency,reliable performance,readily operation and maintenance without any secondary pollution problem emerging. |
