摘    要:采用水解酸化 二段式接触氧化池 (H O2 )处理某生物制药厂废水 ,处理设施已稳定运行 2a ,表明废水中有机质去除效果显著 ,运行稳定 ,抗冲击负荷强 ,无剩余污泥产生 ,一体化设施占地面积小 ,投资少 ,运行费用低等特点 ,当废水CODCr80 0~ 1 2 0 0mg L ,BOD52 0 0~ 30 0mg L ,SS 2 0 0mg L时 ,其去除率分别为CODCr90 7% ,BOD592 4 % ,SS 87 6 %。出水水质 (平均 )分别为CODCr80 6mg L ,BOD51 5 1mg L ,SS 2 3 7mg L。

Abstract:This paper prsents exploratory results on the association of hydrolytic acidification as a pre treatment and two stage contact oxidation for treatment of bio pharmaceutical wastewater.The system has been operated for two years,during which the mean removal efficiency in term of COD Cr , BOD 5 and SS were respectively 90.7%,92.4% and 87.6%.The final effluent presents the following mean characteristics: COD Cr =80 6 mg/L, BOD 5=15 1 mg/L,SS=23 7 mg/L.The results demonstrate that hydrolytic acidification and two stage contact oxidation can be a system of being operated for a longtime and stably.
