摘    要:采用酸性蚀刻废液与碱性蚀刻废液混合沉铜的方法,生产工业硫酸铜。对影响产品质量和产率的主要因素———沉淀时pH值、化浆用水量和浓硫酸用量进行了探讨,找到了最佳工艺条件。同时,研究了沉淀母液中残余铜的除去方法,使之再生,可回用于碱性蚀刻液的生产。

Abstract:We have produced industrial copper sulphate by using acid etching waste liquor and basicity etching waste liquor. We also inquire into the major factor of pH when copper is sedimented, the using capacity of chemical pulp and concentrated sulphuric acid, which influences the quality and the producing rate of the product. So we have found the best condition of technology. At the same time, we study on the way of removing the remaining copper in the mother liquor, and make it rise again and utilize it. The mother liquor can be used in the production of basicity etching liquor. The way can save not only a lot of ammonium chloride, but also reduce the emission of waste water.
