纳氏试剂光度法测定水中氨氮方法的探讨

摘    要:碘化汞和碘化钾的碱性溶液与氨反应能生成淡红色胶态化合物,该颜色在较宽的波长内具有强烈吸收。国家标准纳氏试剂光度法是常见的测定氨氮的方法,该法操作简便,灵敏度高,但预处理过程繁琐。通过对校准曲线的绘制条件进行改进,并对水样的预处理方法作了进一步的探讨,改进后的方法操作简便,对水样进行测定,与标准法相对照,结果基本一致。

Abstract:A mercuric and potassium iodides solution can react with ammonia to generate pink colloidal compounds,The color has a strong absorption within wide wavelength.National standard Nessler’s reagent photometry is a common method of determination of ammonia nitrogen.This method is simple and sensitive.However the process of pretreatment is cumbersome.This paper improves the calibration drawing conditions,and the pretreatment of water samples has been further explored,the improved method is simple,whose measured resuits agree basically with those of the standard method.
