曝气与不曝气两种催化铁内电解工艺对印染废水预处理的对比试验

摘    要:针对实际印染废水,进行催化铁内电解法进行曝气与不曝气2种不同处理工艺对比试验,测定了预处理前后废水的CODCr、色度、磷酸盐、氨氮、pH值等指标。结果表明,曝气催化铁内电解工艺优于不曝气的工艺,对废水中的CODCr、色度和磷酸盐的去除有显著提高。

Abstract:Aeration and no aeration are used in catalyzed iron inner electrolysis (CIIE) process to pretreat dyeing wastewater respectively.Colority,COD_ Cr ,phosphate and pH etc in the wastewater are measured before and after pretreatment.The results of the experiments show that the removal of COD_ Cr ,colority and phosphate in wastewater is increased remarkably; the CIIE process with aeration is better than that without aeration.
