摘    要:针对目前国内处理制药过程中低浓度DMF含盐废水收率低、分离效果差、能耗高等问题,提出一种萃取结合精馏的新工艺。通过单因素对比实验,确定了适宜的萃取操作条件:萃取剂为氯仿,温度为20℃,溶剂比为2。通过新工艺与原有的减压精馏工艺进行对比实验表明,新工艺将DMF产品的质量分数由98.87%提高到99.85%,产品收率提高了29%,而再沸器能耗降低44%。

Abstract:In order to overcome the high operation cost, low product purity and low yield of traditional separation procedure for saliniferous wastewater of low concentration of DMF in pharmacy industry, a novel separation process combining with extraction and distillation was proposed. The optimum conditions for the new procecess were obtained as follows. The extraction was carried out at 20℃ using chloroform as solvent and the ratio of solvent was 2. By application of new process, purity of DMF product can be raised to 99.85 % from 98.87 % and the yield of DMF can be increased by 29 % . Compared with traditional process, energy consumption can be decreased by 44 % .
