“成型-烧结”碎磷矿的黄磷生产工业性试验

摘    要:将中小黄磷企业长期堆存的碎磷矿 (粒径 <5mm) ,经过“粘接成型 烧结”及理化指标检测后 ,按烧结矿∶块矿 =1∶1入炉进行工业性试验 ,试验表明该烧结矿可用于黄磷电炉生产 ,该法是降低黄磷生产成本 ,减少环境污染 ,使资源得到合理利用的有效途径之一

Abstract:An industrial test for a broken phosphorus ore (particle size<5mm) that experienced the adhesion forming sintering and physicochemical examination is conducted by a furnace (sintered ore/block ore ratio=1).The test shows that this sintered ore can be used to produce the yellow phosphorus.This process is one of the effective ways of lowering the cost of yellow phosphorus production,reducing pollution and using rationally the resources.
