摘    要:在循环经济背景下,能源化与资源化利用成为我国城市固废处置的有效途径。然而,城市固废来源广泛、种类复杂、成分多变,可对处置城市固废的设备稳定运行造成影响。通过综述锅炉与工业窑炉处置城市固废现状、运行过程腐蚀现象、机理及影响因素,概括了目前针对性防腐措施,介绍了S、Cl、碱金属元素对锅炉与工业窑炉协同处置城市固废工艺的影响,总结了现有研究的不足,在此基础上提出了需进一步探究的方向,为城市固废的回收利用提供了必要依据。

RESEARCH STATUS OF BOILER AND INDUSTRIAL KILN COLLABORATIVE DISPOSAL OF MUNICIPAL SOLID WASTE AND CORROSION RISKS

Abstract:In the context of circular economy, energy and resource utilization have become an effective way to dispose of municipal solid waste in China. However, the wide range of sources, complex types and variable compositions of municipal solid waste affected the stable operation of equipment. In this paper, the current situation of boiler and industrial kiln disposal of municipal solid waste, the corrosion phenomenon, mechanism and influencing factors during operation, were reviewed. The current targeted anti-corrosion measures were summarized, and the influence of sulfur, chlorine, and alkali metal elements during collaborative disposal was investigated. Moreover, the lack of current research was discussed, and the directions of further exploration were proposed. This study was hoped to provide a basis for the recycling of municipal solid waste.
