乳状液膜萃取-膜生物反应器组合工艺处理焦化浓氨废水

摘    要:采用液膜萃取前处理工艺,去除了大部分焦化废水的浓氨污染物并提高了废水的可生化性,为后续的水解(酸化)、膜生物反应器单元处理工艺提供了可行的基础。试验结果表明,液膜萃取前处理焦化废水的污染物(包括液膜萃取前的预处理)的去除率均在70%左右,废水的可生化性由约0.261提高到0.543,可生化性提高了52.1%,水解(酸化)、膜生物反应器单元组合工艺处理焦化废水,可达到国家冶金行业排放标准。

Abstract:Most of the pollutants in coking wastewater can be removed by adopting the emulsion membrane extraction-membrane bioreactor process.Its removal rate is up to 70% or so,but also improves its biodegradability from 0.261 to 0.543.Its biodegradability is increased by 52.1%.Tests have been carried out on treating coking wasterwater by the membrane bioreactor process.The effluent can meet the requirements of the national discharge standard of metallurgical industry.
