| Abstract: | This report assesses the overall scheme,treating process and result of treating and recovering the municipal wastewater by the American water treatment plants in 21st century,as well as the use of the effluents and their environmental,social and economic benefits.The aim of building water treatment plants embodies environmental controlling strategical ideas;the processes,outfits and overall techniques represent the advanced levels of treating comprehensively environmental pollution in the United States,which are worth while to use for reference. |
