爆破制浆工业化生产产污源强研究

摘    要:介绍在工业化生产条件下爆破制浆产物源强,分析了不同加碱量对产污源强的影响。确定在工业化生产条件下最佳加碱量(石灰)为25 kg/t(折CaO12.5 kg/t),此时可溶性COD产生量为332kg/t。在此条件下,采用生产废水污污分流,提取黑液蒸发浓缩燃烧或综合利用,中段水采用混凝沉淀+水解酸化+好氧生化工艺处理,使废水排放COD浓度达100mg/L。

Abstract:Under the condition of industrialized manufacture,our research studied the blast pulping pollution source intensity was studied and the effect of pollution intensity with different amounts of alkali addition was also analyzed.It was found that under the condition of industrialized manufacture the best alkali addition(lime) was 25 kg per ton of pulp(CaO 12.5 kg per ton of pulp.)
