摘    要:在转炉炼钢的过程中添加少量外加剂,调整冶炼渣的化学成分,使其接近普通硅酸盐水泥熟料的化学成分。冶炼后的液态渣经过热泼等处理即成为水泥熟料。该熟料加入5%~7%石膏经过磨细可生产出325~#以上的钢渣熔融水泥,采用该技术既不影响炼钢的生产质量、炉龄、能耗及操作等,又使钢渣变成质量稳定的水泥熟料,这是转炉钢渣无害高效利用的新途径。

THE EFFICIENT UTILIZATION TECHNOLOGY OF REVOLVING FURNACE STEEL SLAG--THE PRODUCTION OF SLAG MELTING CEMENT
Abstract:By dosing external additive during the steel smelting in the revolving furnace, the chemical content of the slag can be made similar to that of silicate cement. The smelted liquid slag then change to cement mature after sprinkle cooling. By adding 5 - 7% of gypsum into the grinded cement mature, 325 or high quality slag melting cement can be produced. The process has no affection on steel smelting, furnacs age, energy consumption and operation etc. but make steel slag change to high quality cement mature, which is the best solution to the utilization of revolving furnace slag.
