煤矸石活化制作吸附材料的初步研究

摘    要:叙述了几种煤矸石和石煤的物理化学性质、岩性、矿物组成 ;讨论了该材料的物理和化学吸附机理,研究了煤矸石活化的焙烧温度、活化剂及制造条件 ;并讨论了活化矸石对污水中COD和金属离子吸附性能的影响因素,为煤矸石的深度加工和利用开辟了一条新途径

Abstract:In this paper,the chemical and physical properties,the lithology and mineral components of gangues and bone coals were mentioned.The mechanisms of chemical and physical adsorption of the materials were discussed.Meanwhile,the authors studied the roasting temperature of activation of gangue,the activator and its making conditions; and the factors influencing the adsorptive efficiency of activated gangue for COD Cr and metal ions in wastewater were also researched.This study will be a new path for further process and utilization of gangue.
