织物染色、印花生产废水处理技术

摘    要:采用混凝沉淀酸化水解悬挂链曝气生物碳组合工艺处理织物染色、印花生产废水。处理后出水CODCr≤100mgL,去降率≥93%;各项水质指标均稳定的达到了(GB428792)纺织染整工业水污染物排放一级标准。

Abstract:Textile printing and dyeing wastewater was treated by the process of coagulation sedimentation-hydrolytic acidification-suspended chain acrating-biocarbon absorption.After treatment by this process,93 percent COD_ Cr is removed from the wastewater and all the indexes of the effluent consistently meets the first-order of the National Emission Standard for Pollutants of the Textile Dyeing Wastewaters (GB4287-92).
